Reviews: Third Reich Walking Tour Munich

On a freezing cold (-2C) Saturday, we met Keith for our walking tour to learn about the Third Reich, Nazi Party and how Hitler came to be Fuhrer.
It was an excellent tour and Keith is clearly a very knowledgeable man. He took us to some very relevant and interesting buildings where he elaborated on their part in history.
I had an issue booking using PayPal because the booking site kept crashing when I had to confirm payment on the PayPal app. I eventually gave up and phoned the published number where the call taker sorted my booking quickly and efficiently but, I paid €5 more than the advertised price, presumably a handling/admin fee as they were a 3rd party company.
However, this did not detract from the tour. I found it riveting and am grateful for Keith's subject matter expertise.★

My friend Mariana and I had an incredible experience with Olaf as our tour guide. He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. His voice was very soothing and professional, he gave us a history of both castles and made it feel like a very calm and lovely podcast. He made sure we were on time for everything and handled us like we were family. Because of him we would definitely book the tour all over again. Also, our bus driver was the best! Very friendly and the hospitality given to us made us feel so safe and in harmony.★

Our guide, Simon, is fantastic local with bonus of also having a passion for and a degree in applicable history. We saw things on our bicycle tour that we would not have seen if we had not taken the tour and a different perspective on landmarks we had seen before. All of the cycling was on flat ground at a comfortable pace. We really enjoyed getting to stretch our legs. We had a great lunch in the park, giving us all the chance to visit together. Simon helped everybody who needed it to order their lunches. This is an experience not to be missed!Trip.com Picks
