Ba Na Hills was a great experience, and we got to explore everywhere thanks to Huy. He was not only friendly, kind, and sweet but also incredibly helpful. I wasn't feeling well during the trip, and Huy went out of his way to purchase fast-track tickets for me, which made me feel so much more comfortable. He even helped us skip the long queues. Highly recommend Huy for anyone visiting Ba Na Hills – he genuinely cares about his guests!★

Here's a photo of the shop where you can pick up your ticket. It's less than 10 meters from the actual scene depicted on the back of the 20,000 Vietnamese Dong banknote; you can't drive in by car. The ancient town has a great atmosphere.

Upon arriving at the airport, a staff member was waiting for me, so I was able to meet them without any trouble. My passport was checked for verification. Gestures were sufficient for communication. I followed them and was quickly guided to the gate, where the procedure was completed in one minute. I don't think it's necessary if you have plenty of time, but I recommend it as it allows you to use your time effectively.★
