A pleasurable experience of warm waters amongst beautiful landscaped warm pools ( easily accessed) with stunning scenery and a swim up bar for a steaming drink or cool bubbles … and afterwards a welcoming soft robe to walk into lovely showers and change rooms !! Luxury ++ Thoroughly recommend this experience … I’ll do again and maybe even have a facial afterwards !!★

Absolutely amazing! The pickup was super punctual, the pilot was very friendly and explained a lot. Setting up the balloon was professional, completely trouble-free, and safe. The balloon then rose to 4,000 feet, and we floated above the clouds with a fantastic view of the mountains, including Mount Cook. We'll probably never forget that view. After the very smooth landing, we were treated to a glass of sparkling wine and muffins.★
