Basically, go to one of the bus stops to have your reservation converted into a voucher. Only with these vouchers can you then go to the Belvedere and Shombrung ticket offices to get your tickets... and it's not guaranteed that you'll be able to get them for the same day.★

The activity experience was absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻 The tour guide provided detailed explanations and showed us all the highlights! It was a truly wonderful trip! The tour guide also flexibly adjusted the route according to the weather. Since it was cold outside in winter, the indoor activities were longer, but we still saw all the beautiful outdoor scenery! In short, it was excellent value for money, and the activity experience was superb! (A very large and detailed tour! First, we took a bus tour around the city's major attractions. This was a great experience, giving visitors a glimpse into Vienna.
Then we headed to Schönbrunn Palace. There were no shopping stops along the way, which was fantastic.
Upon arriving at Schönbrunn Palace, there was a guided tour, which was also a very good experience.
Overall, it was excellent.
