Our tour guide was informative, well educated on history, caring and patient. He ensured the 430 step climb was right for each individual. He checked on the pace, he gave options if people wanted to stop at any level. It is a tour that is breathtaking both on the inside and out of the Duomo. Your ticket also gets you into the baptistry, the Belltower and Duomo. He spent significant time inside the tower and we had lots of time at the first and second level inside the dome and outside. Wonderful experience.★
