We had a fantastic day with our guide Simona. We had plenty of time to explore everything at each location. The sleigh rides were long enough for the experience. We were also able to pet the reindeer, but this wasn't possible with the dogs. The zoo was beautiful and we saw lots of animals. The lunch was fine, but nothing special.★

This hotel is simply incredible. You don't see artworks made of snow and ice very often. Whether you want to stay overnight is up to you; it's a truly icy experience. We absolutely loved the whole concept and were very impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We even dared to take a shot from a glass made of ice and then throw it at the wall 🫣 It was so much fun!★

Our tour guide Noah was excellent and very knowledgeable about Lapland. He shared a lot of information about Lapland during the tour and paid close attention to everyone’s condition and need. I also enjoy the stunning landscape and view of Lapland!
