I took a one day trip with this agency from Kutaisi to Batumi with Saba. I really enjoyed it! Not only did we visit interesting places in Petra Fortress, in the Batumi Botanical Garden (including a great zip line experience), but we also tasted delicious local dishes in a local restaurant, and also walked around the modern and historical part of Batumi, including the beautiful promenade. I also really liked Sabu's approach, he was very kind and improved our mood. I recommend it to everyone :)★

Very beautiful park. The hike was verry pretty. It was a bit hard because the way is very steep and the walking rate was a bit high for me. But we still enjoyed it.★

Great tour with Budget Georgia. Just 4 of us so easy & relaxed. Lots of interesting info from Saba. I did not do the hike, choosing to remain in Batumi for another appointment. Lunch was excellent in a very nice restaurant.

A clean and efficient car. On-time departure from the company's office. A polite, friendly, and fluent English-speaking guide. Transfer to Batumi for a guided city tour. Then, free time for lunch or a sea cruise. Then, transfer to the national park and a short trek to a waterfall and lake. In autumn and winter, it's worth wearing high boots because it can be slippery. The fee for the riverside lift is 5 lari. Horseback riding or a horse-drawn carriage ride is also available. Then, return to Kutaisi or Batumi. Everything was on time and according to plan. No one pressured you into buying souvenirs, dining at specific locations, or trying to squeeze in extra attractions. Complete professionalism. I highly recommend it. This was my fifth trip with Budget Georgia. All of them are highly recommended.★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^
