First, the departure time was excellent. Since there weren't suitable trains arriving at my destination at that time, I couldn't choose most of the 8:30 departure day tours. Seeing the 12:30 departure was a real "savior" in my anxious situation. Second, the merchant's service was excellent. After booking my tickets on Ctrip, the merchant contacted me in advance to confirm my departure time and return location. After hanging up, they sent the driver's phone number and license plate number via SMS. They even called again a few minutes before the train stopped. After exiting the station, turning right immediately reveals the "Hukou Waterfall Day Tour" sign. Merchant staff are also at the service desk. Tourists with large suitcases can store their luggage for free in the office or leave it on the bus – very convenient! The driver was punctual, friendly, and drove smoothly – excellent. The only drawback was the small size of the bus, making it a bit cramped, but given the long journey, I wish it were more comfortable. However, the lack of hidden charges and price gouging was very reassuring. Overall, a great experience! I would definitely choose this direct bus to visit Xiaoxitian again next time.★

This trip was kind of expensive, but it is so so worth it! The guide was kind and knowledgeable, and the driver was professional. The falls were well worth the trip, and the countryside is so pretty. Don't hesitate to book this trip!
