Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 100 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 75% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 88% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1. The 8-hour accompanying service cannot be interrupted and reused.
2. The time starts counting after meeting with the accompanying guide. Time spent together on transportation, meals, etc. is all included.
Overtime fee: Chinese/English - CNY 150/h, other languages - CNY 200/h
3. You are responsible for the transportation, meals, and admission ticket fees of the guide/translator during the accompanying period.
