①Guide service and guide fee: One-on-one guide service, 8 hr guide service, overtime fee is 50 per hour ②Custom itinerary: Private customized exclusive routes, creating unique and comfortable trips
Transportation fee: Ride fares are not included. You may choose to take public buses, subways, or taxis at your own expense. For private charter services, please contact customer support.
Admission ticket fees: Visitors are responsible for purchasing their own tickets or can ask the guide to book them. Some attractions do not offer free tickets for guides. If you require a guide to accompany you, you will need to cover the cost of the guide's admission ticket.

The guide will contact the customer before 9:00pm the day before.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 13:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 20:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 20:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
