Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

I came to Vietnam with my friends in my 20s and was looking for activities when I found one I liked, so I chose it. At first, I was half worried and half excited because there weren't many reviews, but it was more fun than I imagined and everyone loved it 😄 The staff were also kind and they kept refilling the barbecue and snacks, which was great! Kayaking? I'll definitely book this again next time I come!★

Everything was amazing. A separate VIP lounge. Private baths within the bungalow. Mud baths, herbal baths. Amazing service. Delicious lunches. Gifts. They took us everywhere in buggies. Overall, the place was amazing, the service was amazing.
