This was a very cost-effective option. The entire itinerary was very well-planned, starting with shopping, then enjoying the hot springs, and finally seeing the night view, saving us the hassle of traveling alone.
My mom and I were surprised to be upgraded to a minivan. Our driver and guide, Zhao Zhao, handled everything perfectly and was incredibly capable. He added us on WeChat a day in advance and offered to pick us up from our hotel, which was very thoughtful. Because of the three-day holiday in Japan, there was some traffic, but they still ensured we had enough time to visit each place – excellent!★

I booked this trip for my brother and sister-in-law. They were so happy when they came back! Although I was very proud and thought I made the right choice, I didn't really know how good the tour guide was. My brother and sister-in-law kept asking me to give the tour guide a good review for the next three days 😂 Anyway, I believe they had a very enjoyable time. I am very grateful to the tour guide for taking care of my family and making them have a pleasant experience in Japan. The tour guide was Fu Shuo. I joined a snow-playing and Arima hot spring tour on January 28th at Mount Rokko. The tour leader, Lully, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The itinerary was perfectly arranged, and she handled any issues that arose with other group members very quickly and efficiently. We had a fantastic time! Lully switched between three languages during the tour – Chinese, English, and Korean – which was truly impressive! I highly recommend Lully and the driver! Taking a day trip is so relaxing; you can sleep and rest as soon as you get on the bus. Highly recommended!★

We were pressed for time, including a sauna and lunch, so the guide gave us more time, which was a plus. The mountaintop views and the Kobe nightscape were spectacular, and my child enjoyed the Ramen Museum, and I also enjoyed it. The guide explained everything kindly in Japanese, Korean, and English, which was enough to make the entire itinerary run smoothly. He also took photos here and there, which was a nice touch.★
