The bus was spacious and clean! 👏 The tour guide's pick-up and drop-off schedule was well-planned, avoiding peak tourist seasons. 👌 The tour guide was handsome! 👍 He provided bilingual (Chinese and English) commentary and was witty and humorous. 👍 The weather was great today, and Mount Fuji looked fantastic in the photos! 👊 Lake Yamanaka, Oshino Hakkai, and Arakura Mountain Park are must-see attractions! 👏★

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

The driver was very nice, but we weren't so lucky that day. There was heavy fog, so we didn't see Mount Fuji, and the water bus experience was also closed due to water levels. Everything else was great, though. Hopefully, we'll be luckier next time we visit!★

This day trip to Mount Fuji was absolutely fantastic, and I must commend our guide, Hikari! She was professional and responsible throughout, providing detailed and engaging explanations of Mount Fuji's culture and attractions. She was incredibly clear about them. Patient and considerate, she proactively helped with taking photos, planning the route, and ensuring everyone's needs were met. The itinerary was well-organized and not rushed. Her easygoing and friendly personality, coupled with her attentive and meticulous service, made the trip relaxing and reassuring. She's a truly reliable and invaluable guide—highly recommended!
