We had an amazing experience on this private Bipenggou tour and are so glad we chose it! The driver was very polite, professional and drove safely the entire journey which made us feel comfortable and at ease. The tour guide was incredibly helpful, especially with translation (saving us a lot of time and making everything very convenient). She also shared many interesting insights about Chengdu and the area, and was friendly and easy to talk to :-) Because this was a private trip, the schedule was very flexible. We could manage our own time inside Bipenggou, decide where to go, how long to stay and when to head back. Also, along the way, we could stop at rest stations anytime to buy drinks, snacks or use the toilet and both the driver and guide were always happy to help. On the way back, they even recommended a Sichuan restaurant, where we enjoyed a delicious meal together, making it the perfect ending to a wonderful trip. Highly recommended!
