Chef's Introduction
After obtaining his culinary diploma, chef Timothé worked for seven years at the Michelin-starred restaurant in France. He also worked in various restaurants in the United States and Hong Kong. His rich experience and international perspective have helped him gradually achieve his dream. Several years ago, he ran a French bistro in Hong Kong. Later, he opened a private kitchen, where he also goes into the kitchens of his guests to prepare French fine dining meals, becoming what is known as a "home chef."
