The Peak Tram
You can see the distant Alps and nearby Lake Como, with round-trip tickets costing €6.6, departing every 15 min, and reaching the mountaintop in 5 min.

Approximately 1 hr, with stops at surrounding towns. You can choose to stay on board for sightseeing without disembarking, priced at 8.9 euros per person.

A classic Gothic architecture, free to visit with no admission ticket required
Veranna: There are many boats from Veranna to Bellagio, but they are not direct; you need to transfer at Menaggio first. There is also a castle on the mountaintop in Veranna, but reaching the summit requires hiking. If you really don't want to walk, strolling by the lakeside is also very pleasant.
