I hired a car for the day to visit Pingyao and Qiao Courtyard. Car was good condition and driver was safe. Timing was very flexible which was helpful. Driver also gave us a lot of tips on the way. All in all highly recommended as a convenient option if you are in Taiyuan.★

A very enjoyable day trip. The Buick minivan provided convenient pick-up and drop-off, making it very comfortable and eliminating the need to get up early.
The itinerary allowed us to visit all the World Cultural Heritage sites in Pingyao in one trip: Zhenguo Temple, Shuanglin Temple, and the ancient city of Pingyao. The itinerary was well-planned, and our guide, Mr. Liu, provided detailed explanations at both temples, giving us a deeper understanding of Shanxi's cultural relics.★

Traveling during the off-season was great; the pick-up and drop-off service was punctual. The guide's explanation of the Wang Family Compound was very detailed, providing insights into the architectural styles of Shanxi residences during the Ming and Qing dynasties, as well as the historical anecdotes behind the brick and wood carvings. The guide's excellent explanations left a deep impression. The Wang Family Compound truly deserves its reputation as a "miniature Forbidden City" and Shanxi's "Forbidden City."
Pingyao Ancient City is about 40 minutes from the Wang Family Compound. We spent three hours there, sampling Pingyao's local cuisine, visiting the Xietongqing Treasury, and watching a court hearing performance at the county government office—it was truly fascinating. The return trip was also comfortable and safe; despite the cold weather, the guide thoughtfully provided us with hot water.★

This was my first time in Bali, and I especially want to commend the customer service representative for recommending so many unique Balinese attractions. She was incredibly helpful, adding us to the group chat promptly and replying to messages super fast! The local driver we contacted spoke English and picked us up around 2 PM, driving us for three hours to Lovina for our boat trip. Although we had to get up early, the sunrise from the boat was breathtaking, and we actually saw a lot of dolphins. It's definitely worth the trip and I highly recommend it.★
