If traveler book "ATV Ride ( Single Ride )" , each traveler (booking) will be get/ride 1 Bike for 1 Person
If traveler book "ATV Ride Tandem (1 Bike for 2 Person)" mean 1 Rider + 1 sitting on the back, traveler should to book 2 person or/and multiple to get/ride 1 bike
Reserved Option:
If traveler book ATV Ride (SINGLE or TANDEM) Only ( Without Transport ) or walk in guest. Traveler must to reach location by their own way and Meet our personal in charge to exchange your ticket for this activity
If traveler book ATV Ride (SINGLE or TANDEM) with Roundtrip Hotel Transfer. Traveler must to provide pick up details such us, Hotel Name and Address, Room No, Personal Contact and etc
A staff member will reconfirm the itinerary with you via phone, SMS, or WeChat or line or WhatsApp on the day of your visit 01:00 (local time) at the latest. Please ensure that your phone is available to be reached. If you're not reached by the specified time, please contact customer support.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 25% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 75% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cannot be canceled after reservation
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
