This is my first tour booking using the trip app. Bella the tour guide provided excellent service. I received a text from her 2 days before the trip. She was patient in answering my queries before the trip like the weather and what to bring. Bella and the driver were punctual and friendly during the trip. She was able to explain the history and culture of the sites, how to perform the religious rituals like the prayers for good health and which angle can take the best photos. More important is she was able to look after safety by explaining what to look out for before the physical climb and descent from the mountain and lookout for incoming traffic. I enjoyed both the hike and cruise, and learned a lot from the trip. Highly recommended.★

This was well worth booking. Made everything easy from prompt pickup to allowing us enough time to enjoy each attraction. Great communication and suggestions on itinerary and travel route based on travelling group and timings to avoid crowds. You can communicate via WeChat in English or Chinese. Throughly recommend Moon and our driver. Both Leshan and Huanglongxi was worth seeing★

Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge of the attractions made the entire journey easy and enjoyable. 🌈👧 From the foot of the mountain to the Golden Summit, she not only explained the history and culture of each site but also shared local customs and cuisine. 🍜🌄 During the climb, she thoughtfully provided us with water and food, ensuring we had enough energy to appreciate the scenery along the way. 🌊🍉 What touched me most was her constant smile, infecting every tourist with her enthusiasm and patience.
