If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- The walk is graded as easy to medium difficulty. It is not suitable for push- and wheelchairs. Walking distance 5-6 km depending if you hike to Sublime Point or Piton Canot.
- The condition of the hiking trail depends on the weather
