If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Know in advance:

A multilingual guide will accompany the tour from Lucerne to Grindelwald and from Interlaken to Lucerne; the individual ascent to Mt. First, the activities on the mountain, and the train ride to Interlaken will be unguided, but you'll be provided with itinerary details, written information, and train tickets
All optional adventure activities are subject to availability and weather conditions, long waiting times may occur and slots cannot be pre-booked (tickets start from CHF 21 per activity); you're kindly recommended to check the minimum height and minimum weight for the children to participate
External weather conditions are beyond partner's control, consequently they're unable to offer refunds due to poor or less than ideal weather
Refunds aren't possible for last-minute tour's cancellations due to flight changes or unforeseen health issues; please consider a travel insurance before your trip to cover such situations
