How to use
Pickup from hotels on Koh Samui located near the main road, if your accommodation is on the hill, please arrange with the local operator the closest pickup point. You'll find their contact information on the voucher after booking. The exact pickup time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. Please wait for your pickup at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the indicated time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

  • This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, children under 2, and people with back or neck problems
  • Please bring a towel, a waterproof bag, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, flip-flops and a camera
  • Please note, pickup is guaranteed for accommodations located on Koh Samui near the main road, if your accommodation is on the hill, please arrange with the local operator the closest pickup point. Local operator contacts can be found in the voucher after booking
  • The entrance fee to Ko Nang Yuan is not included in the tour fee and has to be paid by cash, on location; the prices are 250 THB per adult and 120 THB per child. Adult entrance fee applies to people with a height of over 120cm
  • The speedboat will carry you as close to the beach as possible, so you can hop off and on easily
  • Wear flip-flops in case there are shells or rocks on the sand and shorts rather than pants as the water level may be above the knees when hopping off/on the boat
  • Please note, the kayak experience will not be available during the low season, from April to September
  • There is a minimum of 15 people required to run this activity, on the rare occasion that the trip gets cancelled, the local operator will inform you in advance and offer a different travel date, an alternative activity or provide a full refund
