The cruise was good, but I didn't know I had to exchange my ticket at the cruise line's counter. And it only lasts 50 minutes, not an hour.

A lovely hour on the river. Drinks and snacks available to order. Staff came round and took our order and then brought it to our table. You could pay by cash or card. One thing I would say is the first cruise at 12pm they let you on from 11.30 and they started taking orders. 10 mins before departure and the boat was nearly full, so worth bearing in mind. Overall we all loved the experience and we had a 19 and 23 year old with us

Overall,it was excellent value for money.Our guide was informative but was also humourous at times.We covered a lot if ground in the alocated time and finished off with a river trip which gave us a different perspective of the surrounding area on both sides.We had a quite and restful break for lunch and felt refreshed and ready to carry on.

The whole package – city tour and boat trip including a thorough castle visit – was fantastic. The tour guide mostly spoke English, but translated for us two Germans and told us lots of details along the way. However, we had to find our own way back from the castle to the boat dock. We opted for a tram ride. Also very nice!

The guide showed respect and knowledge. The guided tour was interesting, but the guide gave wrong instructions about the boat trip. We ended up missing our ship, because the actual pier was about 1.3 km from the spot specified by the guide.


