When we arrived, the place was quite full, almost every seat was occupied. The food menu included their famous beef noodle soup, dumplings, fried items, french fries, steamed buns, and salad. Drinks included beer, soft drinks, and white wine. The staff cleared tables regularly. There were about 3-4 restrooms.

I was very satisfied with my experience using the Plaza Premium Lounge at Asia Pacific Airport. The pre-booking process was simple and quick, and entry was smooth upon arrival, making it very convenient for travelers with tight schedules. I visited in the early morning and was initially worried about limited food options, but the selection was surprisingly good. Besides the usual beef noodles and braised pork rice, they also offered congee and soy milk, perfect for travelers looking for something light and refreshing late at night or early in the morning. The food was generally tasty, and replenishment was fast. The beverage selection was ample and comprehensive, catering to different travelers' needs. It's worth mentioning that there were crowd control measures in place, and the seating and flow were well-planned. Even during peak hours, the space remained spacious and not crowded. In conclusion, the Plaza Premium Lounge performs well in terms of booking convenience, food quality, and space management, making it a great choice for travelers relaxing in the early morning or during layovers. They had a good selection of rice and noodles to order, and they were delicious. There were also plenty of drinks. They had instant noodles, which were quite popular and were selling out quickly. There were lots of seats, and the place was spacious, so we could relax.

Booked the luggage service last min to deliver my luggage from one hotel to another. While I went to visit my relativea in another city, i don't want to bring so many lugagge with me. Process was fast and smooth. Easy to communicate and was happy to see my luggage already in my hotel room when I arrived. Good service to use when you don't want to carry the luggage around when visiting city to city.
