Before the custom, you will see the worker holding the signboard (Orange Fox). He will bring you to the custom where there is a special line to queue. For my case, there’s about 10 pax ahead of me queuing.

This is a must-have service for everyone flying to Nha Trang, especially during peak season. The wait in line was exactly 0 minutes upon arrival and 1 minute upon departure. Everything was clear, instructions were provided in Russian via messenger, they communicated promptly, sent all the information, and they were very attentive and polite throughout the entire interaction. 10/10!!

Overall, the itinerary was good, a fairly well-established route. Even without participating in optional excursions, you can freely snorkel, swim, fish, and enjoy the scenery. The tour guide was also great—professional, enthusiastic, and, most importantly, very humane and relaxed. Unlike in China, where not wearing a life jacket can be fatal! How can I swim without a life jacket? But this group had lifeguards, so safety was guaranteed. 👍 I'm not forcing you to write a good review; these are all my honest experiences!
