Excellent communication with clear instructions and took the stress out of arriving to Noi Bai airport. A well organised & speedy team who were able to answer all my questions regarding arrival as we were travelling with children. Fast track seems fine. As anyone who's been to Vietnam knows, I bought it because I've experienced waiting for over an hour on average. It was nice to be able to use the VIP special service used by airline employees. I used it because I could enter the country quickly. An hour is a waste of time. As soon as I landed at the airport, an employee was holding a sign, so I recognized them right away, and immigration took less than five minutes. I'll use it again. It's definitely a must-have.

Anyone who's ever entered Vietnam knows that the immigration lines are usually incredibly long. To avoid this inconvenience, I used the fast track service. As soon as I landed, an employee was waiting with a sign, so I was immediately recognized. I was able to move to a dedicated line and get through immigration in less than 5-10 minutes. It was incredibly convenient to be able to exit the airport without any wait. It's definitely effective if you arrive during peak hours, and I especially recommend it if you're traveling with parents or a companion. The friendly staff took care of everything, making my trip feel great from the start. It's a service I trust and use again every time I enter the country. If you want to save time and reduce stress, I found it well worth the price.
