This was an amazing experience.
The pickup was prompt at the scheduled time and the driver was being warm and pleasant.
There was an issue once we got there. One of the boats they use has been damaged due to a storm and it was out of commission.
They had to reschedule me to a later time.
Since I was already there, they offered to add another experience so I wasn’t waiting for hours.
They added parasailing 🪂 for me.
That’s incredible- and it was another amazing experience that I did not expect.
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them going the extra mile - doing something extra for me to make up for something that was literally out of their hands.

I strongly recommend this experience - I did both the snorkeling and the parasailing and both had top notch guides and both were once in a lifetime experiences
The staff is incredible they made this experience memorable and special for me

Wonderful snorkeling, boat and food excursion. It was so relaxing and fun. Captain Jace and his brother were so nice and helpful with everything, the food was delicious too. Highly recommend this excursion if you are ever in Negril, Jamaica Trip.com Picks
