We arrived and were picked up from the hotel on time, then showed us where to go; there were staff everywhere you could ask questions. Unfortunately, we had to wait for the ferry, which was late.

Everything was great. I found the counter by the pier and was given a sticker. I went into the first-class lounge. Comfortable sofas, snacks, fruit, tea, coffee, cola, and Fanta. No cockroaches. Everything was convenient. The price difference from the standard version was small, but the comfort was superior. I'm happy. The transfer service was also well-organized. Those with transfers had a separate exit from the pier, and they were already assigned to cars.


