This group tour experience was fantastic! The tour leader's explanations were incredibly detailed, repeatedly addressing safety concerns in high-altitude areas and answering all questions. Their professionalism was exceptional. Every step within the scenic area was meticulously planned; simply following the leader meant almost no waiting in line. The entire tour proceeded smoothly, making for a wonderful experience! The tour leader was also very enthusiastic, sharing local customs and traditions along the way and answering all questions, making me look forward to returning to Lijiang. The tour offered a high degree of freedom and was very relaxing, allowing for flexible time allocation without any distractions. I highly recommend it.★

Our tour guide and driver, Grandma Yang, was a warm and down-to-earth woman who cared for her guests like a mother would her own children. She meticulously arranged the itinerary, ensuring everyone had oxygen, warmth, meals, and water. Even on the eve of departure, she showed her deepest concern. Grandma Yang's smile was as warm and radiant as the Yunnan sunshine, truly heartwarming. Grandma Yang was wonderful! However, she's still quite young; we can call her "Sister Yang" from now on.★

Although this package doesnt have tour guide..but the driver they gave was very friendly, welcoming, knowledgable about the tour, the show timing, sunset timing, which part in the bus should we sit to get good views, how to take our oxygen properly so we wont get dizzy or short of breath. The driver also advice us not to sleep on the way to high altitude place so that our body wont get shocked after changing the temp and altitude. The tour was worth it..all the places like Snow Mountain, cable car, Blue Moon Lake was absolutely stunning for pictures and photo memories. A must place to visit if you come to Lijiang! And dont forget to get this tour package.Although the guide is a non English speaking but we communicate well through google translater apps. Thank you again for your great service.★

This group tour to Yulong Snow Mountain's Spruce Meadow cable car was a lifesaver for lazy people! The pick-up and drop-off from the old town to the scenic area was seamless. The tour guide was incredibly professional, not only arranging oxygen cylinders and cold-weather clothing for us in advance, but also explaining the legends of the snow mountain and precautions along the way, even providing thoughtful guidance on photo angles.
The cable car ride up the mountain was incredibly stable, taking only 15 minutes to reach Spruce Meadow. Stepping off the cable car, we were immediately awestruck by the breathtaking scenery – snow-capped mountains shimmering under the blue sky and white clouds, yaks leisurely grazing on the meadows, and towering fir trees in the primeval forest. Every snapshot was desktop wallpaper-worthy! The 3-hour tour was just the right amount of time, allowing for immersive oxygen absorption without feeling rushed.
The biggest surprise was the group meal! I was worried about disappointing group meals, but the steaming hot pot with local chicken was surprisingly delicious!★
