How to use
1. After the booking is confirmed, customer support will contact you. You will be notified of the pick-up time at the hotel the next morning on the evening before your departure.
2. The hot air balloon ride company will arrange a vehicle to pick you up from your hotel.
3. After arriving at the hot air balloon base, take a short rest while we provide a simple breakfast.
4. Upon arrival at the launch site, there is approximately 15 minutes of preparation time before takeoff, during which you can watch the staff inflate the hot air balloon.
5. After a brief safety guide, the hot air balloon takes off, beginning your romantic hot air balloon ride.
6. After a safe landing, a non-alcoholic champagne party and flight certificate are prepared for you
7. After the party ends, you will be transferred back to your hotel
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cannot be canceled after reservation
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

[Pick-up Time] Pick-up times vary by season;
On the day of transfer, there may be a delay or early arrival of 5–15 minutes. Please wait patiently.
[Experience Guidelines] For your safety, please strictly follow the instructor's arrangements during the hot air balloon ride. Do not bring backpacks to avoid inconveniencing others. To prevent airsickness, it is not recommended to eat heavily before the flight.
