I boarded the train from Seoul Station. I was able to reserve my seat on the official website following the steps outlined on Trip.com (available in Japanese). I tapped the QR code on the ticket gate twice: when boarding at Seoul Station and when disembarking at Incheon Airport. Ticket gates at Seoul Station open 30 minutes to 3 minutes before departure. There were no announcements about when ticket gates open or close, so it's important to pay attention to the departure time (and ticket gate closing time).★

In Incheon (Terminal 1), there are counters at various points on the first floor where you can pick up your card. Processing is quick. I couldn't connect to it myself, but a staff member quickly helped. I had no internet issues during the week. Everything went perfectly.★

I didn't go for special reasons, but the bars nearby are quite interesting, and it's not bad to play by yourself. But if someone can bring it, the safety factor increases, it's good★

Very convenient. It's super easy to get cash from a machine, and they accept euros, dollars, and even just won. They accept it everywhere! The only issue is that I had trouble reading my transport card, but that must be my phone, because to top up or check my T-Money balance, you have to tap the card to the phone for the chip to be recognized. 🤪😂
