Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Traveller pickup is offered. Pick up at accommodation in Cape Town within a 6km radius. The exact pick up time will be communicated to you the day before the tour. Should travellers not meet this requirement, we have a meeting point from 07:00 - 7:30 at The Westin Hotel, Opposite the CTICC
