Reviews: Swiss Alps Bernina Red Train and St.Moritz Tour from Milan
Guest User2026-02-09
Overall great experience. It was a good opportunity to be able to go to Switzerland. Our guide was Angelo and driver Javier. They were amazing especially Javier who was able to expertly navigate the difficult terrain. We made the decision to meet at the start point at the Milan Visitor Center (Zani Viaggi). This is where the bus will pick you up and drop you off. Make sure you arrive before 7am. The bus will pick you up on the West side of the building directly across from a cafe called Café Olimpia. You are not allowed to eat or drink on the bus but there will be a stop about 1.5 hours in where you can use the restroom and buy food/water. BE WARNED THERE IS NO TOILET ON THE BUS. After the stop you will ride the bus for another 1.5 hours. Arriving in Saint Moritz, you will have about an hour to explore the area. I would use this time to buy souvenirs or small eats. For food there is a marketplace at the train station that has various sandwiches, drinks, and hot foods. This is considered cheaper than eating at a restaurant (and will save you time) Getting back you will ride a train for about two hours and it stops at 12 stations. Please do not get off the station. There is also bathroom on the train. We like this train because you are able to open the windows which allows for better pictures. After the train you will take the bus back to either the central station or the visitor center.
Reviews: Milan's Must See: Half-Day Tour of Last Supper, Duomo & La Scala
Guest User2026-01-10
My family and I went on this tour with the primary purpose of seeing the Last Supper. Even though we paid a premium, it was worth seeing. For me personally, I couldn't leave Milan without seeing it. So about the actual tour, we had a lovely tour guide whose name I unfortunately cannot recall. She picked us up promptly from the Viaggi office and gave us good insights as we walked the streets of Milan. Considering we had a big group, we were on time, no one got lost, and it was overall enjoyable. The only reason I deducted a star is our tour guide could have engaged the participants more instead of monologuing. She clearly knew her stuff and enjoyed sharing it with us, but there were times (i.e. inside the Duomo) where I think she lost people's interest. However, overall, excellent tour and highly recommend.
Reviews: From Genova: Portofino Return Transfer by Open-Top Bus

The commentary was only in English. We don't speak English. At most tourist sites, the commentary is in several languages. It's quite good, but I wouldn't recommend it, as there are no explanations in our language.
Reviews: Genoa: Half-Day Tour to Portofino

Barely 70 minutes on site doesn't allow enough time to discover and enjoy this pleasant and friendly place. What a shame!
