• DRESS CODE: Entrance into any religious site requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. The company will not be held responsible for refused entry due to unsuitable dress.
• Please note that tickets to park Güell are nominative and cannot be amended after booking.
• Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to Park Güell.
• Please review the meeting point instructions in advance. Arrive 10–15 minutes early—late arrivals cannot be accommodated, rescheduled or refunded.
• Large bags, backpacks, luggage, tripods, and glass bottles cannot be brought inside. There is no coat check or space on-site to leave your belongings.
• Mandatory: All participants must present a valid photo ID for entry to the Sagrada Familia. Without it, entry will be denied.
• We are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any walking impairments that require special assistance on our group tours. We are also unable to accommodate strollers/baby carriages.
• We will be subject to a security check at the entrance to all sites. Depending on the volume of visitors, we may have a short wait in the security line.
• The sites and monuments we visit on our tours are among the most popular in the world. Careful planning helps limit crowd exposure, some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours/high season.
• TTG reserves the right to alter itineraries for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions or occasional events.
Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.
Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
