The excursion was enjoyable, but most importantly, and what we appreciated most, was our guide: Birgitt! Absolutely fantastic, captivating, passionate about her island, and eager to share its culture and treasures with us. We learned so much from her, and it was even more interesting than the villages themselves! She also introduced us to two of the island's culinary specialties during the tour.
