It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

If you're staying for a stopover, you probably don't need to buy it... haha I felt like it was a waste to just walk around the Van Gogh Museum this time. Next time, I should buy this and this and walk around a bit.

If you want to see windmills, cheesemaking, clogs being made, and have a lovely boat trip on a canal in the most scenic Dutch village, then this trip is just what you need. Zaanze Schans and Giethoorn did not disappoint. Our guide was caring, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure that we get as much out of the experience as possible.

My family and I had an incredible day on this tour, and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Giethoorn, Afsluitdijk, and Zaanse Schans in one trip. Our guide, Leidse, was outstanding. He was enthusiastic from the very start, and his passion and knowledge about Dutch history, culture, and each place we visited made the whole experience unforgettable. A highlight was the boat cruise in Giethoorn, which he personally guided and captained while sharing great stories along the way. He also offered traditional Dutch snacks during the drive, which added a thoughtful cultural touch. The pacing was perfect, giving us plenty of time at each stop without ever feeling rushed. Overall, the tour was well-organised and comfortable, led by someone who genuinely cares about making the day special. Highly recommended! Thank you again, Leidse, for such a wonderful day.


