1. Hotel Shared Transportation Instructions (Very Important!)

① Please wait in the lobby on time. Since the shared ride needs to reach the scenic area quickly, the driver will only wait at the hotel for a maximum of 5 minutes. If you miss the driver, you will need to take a taxi to the scenic area at your own expense. No refunds or changes will be made if you miss the start time of your visit.

❷ Sit in a prominent spot in the lobby so the driver can see you as soon as they enter. Remember to wait in the lobby, not at the entrance.

❸ Because it's a shared ride, if the previous passengers are late, you might have to wait 15-30 minutes. Please be patient, you will definitely be picked up.

❹ After the tour, show your confirmation slip to the staff, and they will tell you which vehicle to take back to the hotel.

2. Guests traveling to the pier independently must arrive at the pier at the time specified by customer service. Please consider traffic congestion in advance and we strongly recommend that you depart early. No refunds will be given for missed departures, and the guest will bear the loss. To avoid unnecessary losses, please depart early. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Precautions for going to sea

① You can wear your swimsuit beforehand or change in the pier restrooms. Bring a hotel towel to dry yourself, and you can also bring a change of clothes.

❷ Waterproof phone cases can be purchased at the pier to prevent sand and water from getting in. Phones that have been exposed to seawater are very difficult to repair. Don't bring your passport or valuables out to sea; just bring some small change.

❸ Always wear a life jacket when going out to sea. The boat operator provides life jackets. Reefs, sea urchins, and corals are very sharp; do not approach them, and do not swim in deep water.

❹ Upon arrival at the pier, find the staff to verify your confirmation slip. They will distribute wristbands or stickers; wristbands of the same color belong to the same boat.
