I felt compelled to write a review for this product, even if it wasn't for other places. Looking through the previous reviews, I saw someone else had a similar experience. My child isn't a one- or two-year-old, nor is he computer illiterate. Would I choose the "children's" option no matter what? The bottom line was, the local company notified me that I'd chosen the children's option, and I couldn't cancel... At the local company's urging, I ended up paying an additional 460 yuan and barely managed to participate in the tour. Your company should make sure there's no confusion when choosing a product. If it were just me, I wouldn't know... Anyway, the scenery was beautiful, and my trip wasn't significantly disrupted, but please clearly state this so I don't make the same mistake again.

My friend and I had been planning a trip to Northwest China for a long time. We originally considered coming in July or August, but that time was too crowded. So, to avoid the peak season, we did a lot of research and came in January. Not only were there fewer people, but the scenery was also quite beautiful. We shared a car through Ctrip, and this company was excellent. Both the customer service and the driver were very friendly and helpful. On the day of departure, the driver called me in advance to let me know the license plate number and kindly reminded me about the winter weather in Northwest China, which was very heartwarming. After picking us up, the driver told us a lot about the local customs and traditions along the way. More importantly, when we arrived at the scenic area, we discovered that the scenery in Northwest China in winter is just as beautiful as in summer. Overall, this trip was excellent, and I give the service team a 5-star rating.

A fantastic one-day tour of Mati Temple and Rainbow Mountains! I chose the sunset tour package for Rainbow Mountains, which included a seat and entrance tickets, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations! The driver was incredibly reliable, not only arriving at the meeting point on time but also providing commentary throughout the tour. He explained the history of Mati Temple and the geological formation of Rainbow Mountains in great detail, offering a wealth of information without being verbose. The bus was new and the interior was clean and tidy. The other members of the group were also very easygoing, making the entire trip very pleasant. The itinerary was perfectly paced, allowing for a relaxed visit to both attractions without feeling rushed. They even safely dropped us off at the drop-off point, which was reassuring and worry-free. It was excellent value for money. For this price, you get a seat, discounted tickets, and a professional guide – it's such a great deal! I would definitely choose this tour company again and recommend it to everyone visiting Zhangye!
