Although I made the reservation the day before, the guide arrived in the hotel lobby five minutes early to pick me up. The road to the boat dock was not particularly smooth, so it was quite bumpy, but we arrived earlier than scheduled. The wait time before boarding was short, and the tour was smooth throughout, allowing me to participate with peace of mind. The first tour was an animal observation cruise, and there were many highlights, including monkeys and buffalo. It was great that we were given more time to observe them than the other nearby boats. The weather was unfortunate for sunset, but we were able to take plenty of time to take photos on the beautiful beach. On my second trip, I was able to see many more beautiful fireflies than I expected, which was a great experience. The food was also delicious. Of the various tours available, I was glad I chose this one, which was mid-priced. I highly recommend it.

Ordered the trip via trip.com and the driver arrived at a different hotel. No one called, no one answered our calls. Fortunately, the trip.com assisted with solving the issue pretty well and we went on this trip on a different day. The guide, Ken, was a lot of fun. The trip itself was interesting despite the long distances. We bought yogurt and cheese on the farm, tasted good. The lunch was good.

We had Jeff aka Mr Handsome as our guide. He was v responsible and contacted us a day before w details abt the tour. Jeff has excellent communication skills and is sensitive to the needs of the travellers. He made a slight change due to the weather and bcos of this we avoided the jams. He is very experienced and you feel v assured and relaxed throughout the whole trip. I could not find anything that really needs improving(maybe the potholes). One of the most excellent and knowledgeable guides we have come across through our many decades of tours. He never stops learning. I will not hesitate to recommend Jeff. We got to see our rafflesia and the desa farm was brilliant. The small hike at poring springs was enjoyable! Tqvm for a wonderful day and arrangements!

The tour guide Tommy is a local Chinese, very enthusiastic, the same tour guide Winston is also warmly introduced, does not force self-funded projects, returns in advance, too tired to give up an island in the afternoon, sign confirmation The sea was windy, the speedboat set off, the waves were bumpy, but the children were excited, Snorkeling on the same island can see a lot of small fish. Unfortunately, it rained a few days ago and I couldn't go to Huantan Island and Mermaid Island. In fact, you can buy a ferry ticket to the island at Jesston Pier, and you don't need to follow the group. Today includes lunch, but it is necessary to gather head, take a taxi to gather.

Jiulu rafting is very exciting, but not dangerous, the coach is professional and very careful, I was afraid of the water, let me enjoy this journey!
