How to use
Please present your Trip.com confirmation voucher to Big Bus staff at any stop before boarding to exchange for your bus and boat tickets.
 
Usage time: Please check the official operating hours disclosed in the Big Bus app before departure.
 
Recommended boarding point: Station 1 - Green Park subway station (next to the Ritz Hotel, enter Green Park subway station).
 
Night panoramic tour meeting point: Take the bus at the London Eye - 11 Westminster Bridge Road station. Proceed to the bus stop next to the lion statue outside the London County Government Marriott Hotel.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
