Eligibility

Adult: Age 6 to 99

Age requirement: Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign the consent form upon check-in. Height and weight requirements: The height limit is 191 cm, and the weight limit is 100 kg.

How to use

Please arrive 20 minutes in advance to complete check-in procedures according to your e-ticket information.

No refund will be given if you are unable to participate in the itinerary due to late arrival or failure to check in.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Photographic equipment such as cameras and mobile phones are not allowed during speedboating.
It is recommended to wear comfortable and easy-to-remove clothing, and you may be required to remove your shoes as per the driver's instructions.
Speedboating Restrictions: Participants must be 6 years or older. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign a consent form upon check-in. Height limit is 191 cm, and weight limit is 100 kg. Visitors who are pregnant or have severe heart conditions are not suitable for this activity. If visitors have any specific medical conditions, such as back or neck issues, please inform us at the time of booking for assessment and to determine suitability for the trip.
Thunder Jet Passenger Restrictions: Infants aged 2-4 must weigh at least 13kg, with final participation determined by the driver's on-site assessment. Children aged 2-14 must be accompanied by an adult. For children aged 12 and above without adult supervision, the driver may decide at their discretion whether participation is permitted.
