Reviews: Bohol island hopping dolphin watching + Balicasag Island snorkeling + sardine run snorkeling|round-trip transfer

It was so much fun! We got up early to take a boat to chase dolphins. From a distance, there were so many people watching that the dolphins were scared and kept hiding. We also went diving to see sea turtles and sardines; the sea here is so beautiful. Those with diving certifications can go deep-sea diving, and those without can snorkel. Various diving equipment is available for rent. The people are very friendly, the service is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the food is good. There are tuk-tuks right outside. Korean-run restaurants and spas are everywhere. They offer shuttle services, and the tour guides help with luggage throughout the trip—it's very convenient and suitable for couples and families.

It's great; you can see it from the shore. It's truly breathtaking. The travel agency was very reliable; I didn't have to worry about anything throughout the trip.

We took a private tour. We were picked up from our hotel, and everything was on time. The driver/guide was pleasant. He explained everything about the island and where everything was as we went. The first stop was Oslob. We arrived, were given our group number, and waited in a comfortable spot. No need to sit where the main line was. We were there in 10 minutes and were already on our way to the boat. Then we had lunch (optional), and then went sardine fishing. We were also alone with the instructor, and they filmed us with a Go Pro. Superb, no lines, no waiting. Then we went and ate, the driver waited patiently, and then we headed back to the hotel. I definitely recommend it. I don't have many photos, but the videos are beautiful.
Reviews: Depart from Cebu: Oslob whale shark watching & snorkeling 1-day tour | Round-trip transfer & including lunch

The day before, we'd written to them about the exact time and car, and the driver arrived at the hotel at 5 a.m. The car was comfortable, a minivan. We got to Oslob fairly quickly without stopping. One thing to keep in mind: they drop us off at the hotel next to the sharks and then start telling us that the snorkeling session will take 3-4 hours and that we might not even get a chance to swim, but if we pay an extra 10,000 pesos, it'll only take an hour and we'll get a private boat and diving. We declined. They eventually gave us a lock for a locker where we could store our luggage, assigned two girls from the hotel to accompany us, and we walked with them to the ticket office. The girls bought entrance tickets and gave us a room. Then we returned to the hotel with them, where we sat and waited for about two and a half hours. Then they escorted us again and agreed to hold our unwanted luggage. They took us to the boat, we got on, and snorkeled for about half an hour. All was well; there were sharks. There were about 20 people on the boat, and everyone was in each other's way, which was a bit nerve-wracking. Then we returned to the hotel, ate the included lunch, and headed back. The downside: the wait; we thought it would be like booking online on Facebook.
