1-day tour to Mount Hua in Shaanxi [Morning pickup within Third Ring Road + hiking gift pack + optional skip-the-line + optional small group]

1. Changing from the west-up-north-down package to the north-up-west-down package is not currently supported after booking. Please confirm your selection before placing the booking.

2. Children 1.2m-1.5m in height should choose the children's package, while those over 1.5m and full-time undergraduate students or below should select the concession package.

3. The general admission ticket included in the self-guided tour package does not cover hiking access. You will need to purchase the cable car and mountain shuttle tickets separately on the day. Please confirm before placing your order.

4. The opening status of the plank walk in the sky and the sparrowhawk flip is subject to the attraction's daily notice.

5. All adult package prices are bundled discount deals. No refunds will be processed based on walk-in price even if special IDs qualify for discounts. We appreciate your understanding. Adults under 65 years old booking adult packages are not eligible for discount refunds. Please consider carefully before booking if this concerns you!

6. In case of attraction temporary closure or cableway suspension due to weather or other force majeure factors on the travel day preventing visitors from ascending the mountain, only the round-trip transportation fee from Xi'an to the attraction will be charged while other unused fees can be refunded. [Transportation fee standard follows the infant fee corresponding to each package]. Placing an order indicates agreement!

Important notes for Mount Hua:

1. If the cable car is closed due to strong winds or other weather conditions, resulting in excessive queue times or unused admission tickets, full refunds will be provided. However, no refunds will be given for admission tickets or cable car fees if customers have already used the services or chosen to descend the mountain themselves due to long queues.

2. At Mount Hua attraction, all visitors including those from travel agencies queue in the same line for entry, as there are no special channels for travel agencies. Complaints about long queue times directed at travel agencies will not be addressed.

3. Due to large crowds, Mount Hua attraction often closes its cable car admission tickets. The guide will communicate on-site to arrange alternative cable car tickets. Guests will then receive a refund based on the attraction's agreed price (not the walk-in price, as our package price is lower than the walk-in price and includes vehicle and guide fees). Thank you for your understanding.

4. If the cable car is closed due to sudden weather conditions at the attraction, the travel agency will notify you in advance if possible. If the situation is only known after departure on the day, the travel agency cannot help it. A 100 CNY transportation and guide fee will be deducted while other fees can be refunded. Neither the attraction nor the travel agency can predict such force majeure factors in advance. Any complaints arising from this will not be addressed by the travel agency. We appreciate your understanding!
