Ticketing was quick. From Narita Terminal 2, there's a dedicated ticket exchange counter at the railway entrance. The staff were very patient and clearly explained the validity period and coverage area. Three days is enough for several long-distance trips. To go to Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko, you can use the self-service machines outside Shinjuku Station to transfer to the Fuji Kaiyu Railway directly to Kawaguchiko Station. You can also go to Izu, but only with regular JR trains. Overall, it's good and quite convenient.★

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

Our Mount Fuji tour was absolutely fantastic! We stopped at several scenic locations, each offering amazing photo opportunities. Let me start by saying that we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip there and back. But I think I'll add some important information below, as the description of this event was a bit confusing to me. As I understand it, this is a separate carrier that also departs from bus stations (yes, stations have bus departure zones with separate exits and schedules). When booking, as stated, even if you selected a time and date, they might not be available. Our date was already inconvenient. But they offered to change it to another day, which we did. They responded quickly, but perhaps because of the translator, it was sometimes difficult to understand what was meant. I wouldn't say they were as friendly as we're used to. But I think we figured it out. Tickets are emailed separately with the changed date and time after you've confirmed it with support.★

Upon arriving in Japan, I hastily decided to join a small tour group on Wednesday. I wanted to visit both an outlet mall and Mount Fuji, and after much deliberation, I chose this tour. The meeting point was the Washington Hotel, not far from my accommodation in Shinjuku. The driver was incredibly friendly and patiently explained the sights we encountered along the way. The outlet mall was huge; two hours might not have been enough. However, you can't have your cake and eat it too, so I couldn't skip Mount Fuji. The view of Mount Fuji from the outlet mall was absolutely perfect. In the afternoon, we also visited the Golden Torii Gate, Lake Yamanaka, and Lake Kawaguchi. We fed the geese, bought some limited-edition Mount Fuji items, and even visited a Lawson convenience store. The whole trip was surprisingly relaxing, making it especially suitable for families with elderly members.★

I thought it was absolutely fantastic in every way! We booked the trip at the last minute, around midnight, and the customer service was incredibly responsive and patient. We booked a round-trip bus tour for two people at a very reasonable price, as it was a one-stop service and we didn't have to worry about booking tickets. Our driver was a very friendly guy from Northeast China, and the tour guide was also wonderful. He remembered every tourist and immediately noticed when we were behind. He provided bilingual translation throughout the trip, and his speech was witty and polite. 🥹🥹 The experience was truly exceptional, with no hidden costs whatsoever. The tour guide even helped us save money by telling us which restaurants were cheaper. We departed promptly at 8:00 AM and arrived in Tokyo around 3:00 or 4:00 PM.
It was a very enjoyable and unforgettable trip to Mount Fuji. I hope we can meet again when I have the chance to visit Japan again! 🥹
