My first time paragliding was an amazing experience! I was lucky and got to be near the front of the line as soon as I arrived. It completely depends on the weather; if the wind is light, you can fly with 50kg of air, haha, and I took off right away! The staff all speak some basic Chinese, and the locals are incredibly friendly. It was definitely the most worthwhile place to visit on the whole trip!★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

Despite getting soaked in the rain 🌧️ that day, we still enjoyed the experience of exploring that side of Bali. We had a wonderful driver/tour guide (Wirma) and the other two people who were with us on the tour were great travel buddies. We got stuck in traffic for a very long time on our way back to Kuta, so we had a sing along in the car. 🎶 It was a very fun day overall. 🥰🇮🇩★

The excursion was well organized. We were picked up from the hotel and then accompanied along the entire route. It was comfortable. We really enjoyed the snorkeling, seeing the vibrant corals and fish. The changing rooms and restrooms at the snorkeling area were in poor condition. After snorkeling, we were accompanied by a polite driver.★

I was traveling alone and was a little nervous about how everything would go, but this tour exceeded all expectations. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring—I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire trip.
The sunrise jeep tour to Gunung Batur was simply stunning: the sunrise views were unforgettable, the atmosphere was magical.
After sunrise, we visited a cafe in Kintamani with a stunning view of the volcano and lake—the perfect end to the trip. Everything was perfectly organized, unhurried, and with attention to detail.
I highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers—you'll definitely feel cared for and welcomed.
