I departed from Quanzhou, so the service only included a chartered car to and from Wenjia Wharf. Activities within the island still needed to be planned and arranged by myself.
The chartered car service was excellent; the driver arrived on time for pick-up and drop-off in a luxurious, regal vehicle. On the return trip, I didn't pay attention to the time and it seemed we were slightly overdue, but the driver still waited for us very politely. Thumbs up!★

The tour was well organised - despite there only being two of us it went ahead and became a private tour instead so we enjoyed ourselves. The driver was very good and safe at driving, knowledgable and proactive at taking photos and guiding us away from the crowds. My only recommendation is to alter the tour (contact the tour operator earlier if you can) and skip Yunshuiyao, and go see Yongding Tulou instead as its a bit different from the Tianluokeng cluster.
