Inclusions: Each adult includes a full-price admission ticket (105) + bus ticket (85) + West Pool tourist shuttle ticket (19). Child price does not include tickets. Departing from Erdaobaihe River: rafting options include Mojie, Water Color, Xiaosha River, and Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain original ecological rafting. Departing from Songjiang River: rafting options include Xiaosha River and Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain original ecological rafting.

The package does not include the 165 CNY/person snowmobile ride to the Heaven Lake attraction at the West Slope of Changbai Mountain Scenic Area during winter. Visitors must purchase the Changbai Mountain combo ticket first, followed by the West Slope main peak snowmobile ticket. In other seasons, no additional ticket is required—visitors can reach the summit by climbing the stairs. After ticket inspection, take the shuttle directly to the Heaven Lake attraction for sightseeing. Whether the Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain is open depends on the daily announcement from the scenic area. Service staff do not accompany visitors inside the park. The Alpine Garden, Tizi River, and Pond of the King are only open for approximately half a month each year, subject to the scenic area's official announcements.

Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain is a natural attraction, and its daily opening status cannot be predicted. Please refer to the official attraction announcement for updates. Weather isn't the only factor - as the saying goes, "It's not that you see Heaven Lake, but that Heaven Lake chooses to let you see it." Wishing us all good luck!

If you learn about the attraction's closure before departure (excluding Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain) and no transportation or admission tickets are used, you can get an unconditional free refund. If you discover the attraction is closed after departure, you can receive a free refund for the attraction tickets.

For those eligible for special discounts such as students with a student ID, active military personnel, or seniors, please contact customer support in advance. Without prior communication, full-price tickets will be purchased by default, and no refunds will be issued for any discounts missed. We appreciate your understanding.

Eligible visitors should bring the relevant ID and inform the service staff in advance. After your return, please contact our staff for refund inquiries. Refunds are not based on the listed prices at the attraction/venue. We appreciate your understanding!

Visitors eligible for discounts with special IDs who fail to bring their IDs or do not meet the attraction's ID requirements due to personal reasons will be responsible for any consequences and will not be allowed entry. Please take note!

During peak season, waitlisting may be difficult. Please note that discounts applied to special IDs are non-refundable.

During peak season, Changbai Mountain admission tickets require joining the waitlist 15 days in advance. After your order is successfully placed, we'll make every effort to secure your tickets! Please note we cannot guarantee 100% ticket issuance.

If the ticket is successfully issued, the visit will be scheduled according to the issuance time. Waitlist spots are hard to come by, so please cherish this opportunity~

If ticket issuance fails, we will proactively contact you to discuss refund, rescheduling, or extension options. If no changes are made, we will continue to waitlist for tickets. If the waitlisting continues to fail, you will receive a full refund without any deductions.
