The lounge is great, but booking through Trip is a disaster. Normally you get a QR code. With Trip, the booking information is confusing, and the QR code is nowhere to be found... the receptionist spent a good 10-15 minutes looking for my booking while I searched through messages and the booking confirmation. Abysmal service from Trip.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cuisine, truly. We've been to buffets at different hotels in different cities in Thailand. I just didn't expect it! Amazing! The meat pie and grilled squid were a 100% hit ❤ We'll definitely be back next year! 👍

Located near a BTS station in a hotel area, the room was large and bright. The bathtub was large and deep. The hotel service was excellent. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

It was a good experience and v instagrammable. Since its open air need to ensure there are no flies going around the area cos it may go to the food. Overall great experience!

The experience was terrible. The Bird's Nest table I booked through a third-party platform was completely blocked from the sunset! The environment was incredibly dirty and filthy, utterly uncleaned, and teeming with insects – completely unacceptable! The staff were also extremely rude, acting like they didn't care and wouldn't do their jobs! This place is purely hyped up by paid online influencers! I will never go back to this restaurant! 🤦🏻
