This tour group was fantastic! From the itinerary planning to the driver's transportation, everything was incredibly professional and attentive. The previous day's visit to Mati Temple had already showcased the grandeur of the Qilian Mountains, but today I was still awestruck by the Ping Shan Lake Grand Canyon. It was a completely different landscape and a unique experience, especially Lingzhi Valley. The hike was filled with awe at the wonders of nature; it's definitely worth a visit. The only downside was that climbing the final spiral staircase was a bit tiring (I guess I'm just not in good shape 😁). My travel companions were also very nice, and I made some new friends – so happy! 🥳

Yesterday I chose the Danxia tour with Silk Road Traveler, and the experience was excellent. Today I also booked a half-day tour of Pingshan Lake with them, and I was not disappointed. The driver contacted me in advance and even told me the location of a local specialty breakfast shop near the hotel, which was very heartwarming. Personally, I feel that the Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon is more interesting and spectacular than the Colorful Danxia, but it may be that the weather yesterday afternoon reduced the score. I am very satisfied with the entire trip.
