Free admission for children under 6 years of age. However, before the trip, you must exchange the ticket for the child at the counter (the child's admission ticket is free of charge, and you need to provide proof that you have purchased an adult ticket online or offline).

Passengers can choose their boarding point at either KLIA (T1) or KLIA2 (T2) station. For example: selecting KLIA (T1) still allows boarding/alighting at KLIA2 (T2).

• Booking confirmation will be sent via email
• E-tickets are non-transferable once confirmed
• You cannot purchase child tickets for ages 6–15 in a transaction without first buying an adult ticket.
• If you purchase child tickets online, each child (aged 6–15) will receive a barcode ticket during the transaction. You need to activate the barcode at the counter before it can be used at the boarding gate, as the barcode sent via email is invalid.
• Please keep your personal belongings safe. The company will not be responsible for compensation in case of loss.
• Passengers are prohibited from carrying any illegal items on board. Any losses or legal issues arising from violations of relevant regulations shall be solely borne by the passenger.
• Note: The KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit are currently operating a joint service. All passengers heading to KL Sentral Central Station must transfer via KLIA Transit Station.
• Passengers with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher or without a face mask will be denied entry.

Validity

• One-way tickets are only valid on the selected travel date (invalid after 11:59 PM on the selected date).
• Round-trip tickets - the first journey date is fixed, and the return ticket is valid for 31 days from the first journey date.
